Help is available for toddlers and children whose parents are concerned about the development of motor, emotional, cognitive, social and language skills. Following an evaluation, the child and their parents could be directed to the appropriate services at the CISSS de l\u2019Abitibi-T\u00e9miscamingue<\/em> or to other agencies based on their situation. <\/p>\n \nPlease note that certain services are not available everywhere on the CISSS de l'Abitibi-T\u00e9miscamingue territory. Find out from the services centre nearest you.<\/em> <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n We offer assistance and support adapted to children and adolescents with health-related needs or who are living with personal problems, social habilitation problems, mental health issues or addictions. (Ex: Alcohol, drugs, gambling)<\/p>\n Services are also available for strained parent-child relationships or family crisis.<\/p>\n Our professionals can evaluate the situation and intervene with the child, the adolescent and the parents. Adolescents can receive individual help if they wish.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n All parents, children and adolescents can make a request for services.\u00a0Adolescents aged 14 and more have to right to have their request treated confidentially and without parental consent.
