Accessibility online and in the facilities

- Service navigators and liaison officer - In order to support and accompany Indigenous people in their care and service experience and promote mutual understanding of the information exchanged between caregivers and patients, there is a resource available in Val-d'Or.

Parking: Hospitals, CHSLD and CLSC
Familiarize yourself with the rules and conditions relating to the operation of parking facilities at hospitals, long-term care facilities (CHSLD) and CLSCs of the CISSS de l'Abitibi-Témiscamingue, and plan your trips with peace of mind.
Parking access booths
Access booths are now installed at the entrance and exit of certain hospitals, long-term care facilities (CHSLDs), and local community health centres (CLSCs) in the region. Upon arrival, go through the booth, take a ticket, and keep it until you leave.
Parking rates
- Two hours or less: free
- Between two and four hours: $4.25
- More than four hours: $7.00 (applicable for a 24-hour period)
Regardless of the number of hours of your visit, you must keep your ticket. This will allow you to pay for parking and exit the parking area.
Payment options
If your visit lasted less than two hours, go directly to the exit booth and insert your ticket to leave. If it lasted more than two hours, here are the available payment options.
Payment at the indoor payment terminal
To avoid unnecessary waiting times at the exit booth, please use the indoor payment terminal. It is usually located on the ground floor of the facilities.
To pay for your parking, locate a payment terminal and follow the on-screen instructions. Then go to the exit booth and insert your ticket to exit.

Payment at the parking lot exit booth
If you are unable to pay for parking at an indoor payment machine, you can pay directly at the exit booth. To do so, go to the booth, insert your ticket, and follow the on-screen instructions.

In case of technical difficulty at the indoor payment terminal or the guardhouse, use the intercom.
