Flu
Getting vaccinated every year is a great way of protecting oneself from the flu and its complications (pneumonia, hospitalisation, and death).
There is still time to get vaccinated.
The major symptoms are the following:
- Muscle aches;
- fatigue;
- sudden fever, between 38 °C and 40 °C (100,4 °F and 104 °F);
- generalized widespread malaise lasting several days; cough;
- headache;
- iritated or sore throat.
Children can also experience nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and stomach pain. The elderly can feel weak and confused without exhibiting any other symptoms.
